POLY STRAPPING DISPENSER BOX
Polypropylene strapping is a cost-effective yet high-quality solution for securing parcels and light pallets. It can be easily tensioned by hand or with tensioning tools to achieve maximum tension. The strapping can be secured using poly buckles, wire buckles, or metal seals, and is supplied in a handy dispenser box for easy and tidy dispensing. It is long-lasting and resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and ageing.
The tensile strength ratings for the strapping are 130kg for 12mm x 1000m strapping (41.112), 150kg for 15mm x 1000m (41.115), and 180kg for 19mm x 1000 m (41.119).
HEAVY BAND POLYPROPYLENE STRAPPING
Premium heavy band polypropylene strapping is ideal for heavy loads, offering a higher breaking strain than standard poly strapping. It can be secured with wire buckles or metal seals and is supplied in a handy dispenser box for easy and tidy dispensing. This long-lasting strapping is resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and ageing which ensures durability. For added convenience, this high breaking strain poly strapping can be used with a strapping dispenser trolley for portability.
The tensile strength of the 15mm x 1000 m strapping (41.125) is 250kg, and for the 19mm x 1000 m strapping (41.129), it is 400kg.
POLY STRAPPING- MACHINE ROLLS
This polypropylene strapping is of excellent quality, minimising jams or blockages during use. It is resistant to temperature variations, allowing it to conform to various carton shapes. With straight edges and consistent regularity, the strapping is compatible with most semi and fully automatic strapping machines.
The tensile strength rating is 130kg for this strapping.
POLY STRAPPING POLY BUCKLES
Poly strapping poly buckles are an economical solution for fastening poly strapping, providing a fast and easy way to secure packages. No tools are required for application, simplifying the process. These buckles are available in 12mm and 15mm strapping sizes, with 1000 buckles per pack, ensuring ample supply for packaging needs.
POLY STRAPPING METAL SEAL PACKS
Metal open flange type seals are designed for use with polypropylene strapping, providing a secure and tamper-proof seal for packaged items. These seals are intended to be used together with a tensioner and PP strapping sealer, ensuring a tight closure. Heavy-duty seals are recommended when sealing heavy-duty polypropylene strapping to withstand the rigours of transportation and handling.

Poly strapping wire buckles offer high-quality fastening for poly strapping, particularly where extra strength is needed. These buckles can be tensioned by hand, although for optimal results, it's recommended to use a tensioning tool. Wire buckles are required for the operation of this tool.
