Getting Your Order

Yes. Orders can be collected from our Brisbane warehouse.

Please allow 2 hours for your collection order to be processed. If you need it sooner, express processing is available for $30 ex GST.

As we do not offer over the counter sales, orders must be placed before arriving at our warehouse. Cash Terms orders must also be paid in full before collection.

Yes. Select Use My Own Carrier at checkout if you would prefer to arrange freight with your own transport provider.

Once your order is ready, we’ll provide the weight and dimensions of your shipment and wait for your collection details, including any freight labels or paperwork required by your carrier.

We process all orders immediately, with delivery times depending on your location.

For Brisbane Metro, order by 3pm for next day delivery.
For selected Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba areas, order by 3pm for next day delivery.
For Sydney and Melbourne Metro, order by 12pm for same day despatch.
