Price Beat Guarantee
If you find a price from a competitor which is lower than Azapak’s price on any stock product, Azapak will better that price, in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions:
- The Competitor must hold the item in stock and deliver with comparable lead times to Azapak.
- Customers must provide a written quote, invoice or link to a website displaying the lower price. Quotes or invoices must be dated in the past 30 days and must include delivery rates.
- The item in the Competitor's quote or invoice must be identical to Azapak’s item (including the brand); OR if the product in question is an Azapak branded product, Azapak will honour the guarantee on products from other manufacturers where the specifications are equivalent.
- This guarantee excludes custom made items, special orders in items and machinery.
- This guarantee is not open to resellers.
- This guarantee excludes Competitor stock liquidations and clearance sales.
- The competitor must provide the same credit terms as is provided by Azapak.
Fuss Free Returns
If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied with one of our products, return it within 31 days for a fuss-free replacement or refund. To arrange a return, customer must contact Azapak and arrange a Return Authority. Please note this returns policy excludes custom made items, special order in items and machinery. Azapak will provide a full refund or replacement for the quantity of items returned only. Except in the situation where goods are faulty, cost of shipping goods back to Azapak will be at the customer’s expense.
Same Day Despatch
All metro orders received prior to 3pm will be depsatched the same day. Interstate or regional orders must be received prior to 12pm to be despatched the same day.
